Michelle was born and raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia, PA. She received her JD/MBA from Hofstra University on Long Island, NY and then her LL.M.

Michelle was born and raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia, PA. She received her JD/MBA from Hofstra University on Long Island, NY and then her LL.M. from University of Miami. Once Michelle moved to sunny Florida she never looked back. She is admitted to practice law in Florida, New York and New Jersey, but since 2009 has been passionate about her real estate career. As your neighbor in Boca Raton, Michelle is extremely knowledgeable about the community and is uniquely qualified to answer any of your questions. Everyone can use help in this process. I've done this many times before (for myself and for clients), I can help with decisions you didn't even know you should be making.

How do I get paid?

The builder pays the commission. There is no financial remuneration from you to me for acting as your Realtor. You MUST sign me in as your agent on your INITIAL visit to the respective community.

What is Construction Concierge service?

The short answer- Whatever you need it to be during the new build process. I act as your Realtor and guide you through the transaction process all while assisting with the myriad of construction questions, issues and concerns that are all part of the process.
